Real Estate Negotiator's Certification Course 2014

The Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA) has on 26th September 2013 issued a circular (Circular 4/2013) on the Registration of Negotiators requiring all Estate Agents to register their Negotiators.

Property Library Sdn Bhd is an approved training institution by the BOVAEA for conducting the Real Estate Negotiator’s certification course.

The Real Estate Negotiator’s Certification Course is a 2-days course covering various topics relating to the real estate profession and it is a compulsory requirement for any person aspiring to become a registered real estate negotiator to attend this course.

Upon completion of this course, a participant will receive a certificate of attendance from BOVAEA. This certificate will enable a participant to register with the BOVAEA as a Registered Real Estate Negotiator.
